Membership in Luxury Fractional Exchanges (LFE) luxury home exchange will continue for a period of one year from the date of acceptance, and be renewable per annum upon acceptance of the membership fee. LFE offers a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction to all members in good standing. Should a member be dissatisfied in the first 30 days of their LFE membership and they have not made any arrangements for an exchange, said member may simply request in writing a remission of their annual fee for that year, and LFE will comply with said request. LFE reserves the right to cancel any membership, at any time, for any reason, with a full annual refund given to said member.
Acceptance of membership to Luxury Fractional Exchanges will be taken as an express agreement of the following:
Members agree to use the LFE website and their privileges of membership for lawful purposes only, and agree to not engage in any behavior which infringes on the rights of others, including but not limited to the privacy of members of LFE.
Members agree to contact other members of LFE only for the express purpose of arranging an exchange or rental of a member property, and that any advertising or solicitation of products or services wholly unrelated to the purposes of this site is prohibited.
In the event of a non-simultaneous home exchange arrangement, both members agree to honor the particulars of the home exchange agreement.
Should circumstances arise which are beyond the control of a member that prevent an exchange from taking place, said member agrees to act in good faith to re-schedule the date of the home exchange or otherwise reasonably compensate the home exchange partner.
LFE shall not be held liable for any consequential or incidental costs which a member may have incurred in the process of arranging a home exchange or rental.
By becoming a member of LFE, you agree that any home exchange or swap, hospitality exchange or rental transaction is between you and the other party. You agree that neither Luxury Fractional Exchanges nor its' affiliates bear any responsibility of liability for any aspect or outcome of the arrangement.
LFE is a fractional home exchange website which is a portal or an online 'meeting place' through which members can view other member's listings, and contact other members for an exchange or rental. As such, LFE is not involved in any way in the actual transaction, and has no control over the truth or accuracy of the listings, nor do we make any representation as to the ability of members to meet their obligations. By becoming a member of LFE, you agree that you bear all responsibility for making and effectuating the arrangements, and for any outcome thereof.
LFE members are wholly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a potential exchange or rental by corresponding with members, asking for photos, and asking for references.
Members are expected to leave the exchange property in the condition in which they found it, or better. Members are responsible for any damage that any member of their party may cause to another member's property.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as herein set forth, is considered to be an acceptance of and consent to submit any and all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chittenden County, Vermont, United States of America, and that said agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States of America.
Luxury Fractional Exchanges is committed to the maintenance of your privacy, and will not sell, reuse, rent or otherwise disclose any information collected at this site. LFE will not reveal your name, street address, phone number or email address or make them available over the World Wide Web. It is left to the sole discretion of the individual members as to when and to whom they will disclose this information.
LFE utilizes a secure member email system allowing you to communicate with other members through the use of your chosen password and username. LFE will not otherwise use or disclose any personal member information, except to protect our rights and the rights of other members or third parties, or to comply with judicial or law enforcement agencies as required by law.
LFE utilizes cookies to for the purpose of providing improved member service in the management of our member's user interaction. We do not utilize or store cookies beyond the scope of management of user interaction.
