Get Started in just Two Steps :
- Go to our Join page, complete the brief registration form and pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. (We also accept payment by phone, check or Paypal -- just contact us).
- Login using your new username and password and click "Create a New Listing" to post the listing for your fractional residence.
Exchanging is Easy:
- Use our Search page to find a property you'd like to visit. You'll be able to see exactly which weeks each owner has available.
- Contact the owner of the property through our easy and secure contact system. You don't have to reveal any private contact information unless you choose to.
- The owner will view your property listing and then let you know if they are interested in an exchange.
- Dates and terms are agreed upon and you are all set to go!
Because these are vacation homes, you do not need to exchange at the same time. You could visit a property in Florida in February, for example, and they could visit your property in Maine in July. You and the other member determine all conditions of the exchange -- Luxury Fractional Exchanges does not get involved in the exchange process. You already own a luxury property.
