Here's how it works:
1) You pre-pay your owners' first year of membership to Luxury Fractional Exchanges. The number of memberships you purchase must be equal to the number of shares you are selling.
2) You are granted the right to use your Luxury Fractional Exchanges Affiliation in your marketing program, allowing prospects to see the potential of leveraging their fractional home for free lodging around the world. Our package includes the training of your salespeople to familiarize them with the program.
3) We give you a special promotion code for each owner. When a sale is complete you give them the code which allows them to join our program free for 1 year.
4) When your fractional shares are all sold, you can either have your Homeowner's Association continue to pay the membership fees for all owners, or you can pass the fee directly to the individual owners and let them decide if they want to continue.
